
High Bridge Economic Development Committee
The High Bridge Economic Development Committee was established in 1994 to help promote retention and expansion of existing businesses, act as a resource for new business, improve the borough's ratable tax base, develop and maintain a database of available property and promote positive economic development dialogue in Hunterdon County. This 7-member committee is comprised of the Mayor, a member of Borough Council and five residents or members of a High Bridge Business. Members serve 3 year terms.

MEETING DATES 2010 The Economic evelopment Committee meets the first Tuesday of every month at 7:30 pm in Borough Hall, 71 Main Street. Along with other volunteer advisory committees, the EDC has scheduled several open meetings throughout the year. The schedule for 2010 is as follows: Tuesday, March 2, June 1, September 7, and December 7. Open meetings will be held in the Emergency Squad Building, 95 West Main Street, and the public is invited to attend. We will be conducting business as usual at these public meetings, without any specific public presentations scheduled regarding the issues EDC is working on. Agendas will be available at the meetings. There will be a specific time for public comment, and comments will be limited to five minutes per person. We look forward to public involvement through questions, comments. suggestions, discussion, and of course, volunteers!
