Darlene Green, Borough Planner, outlined the process that will include review by the Borough Planning Board, NJ Highlands Council and ultimately by the Mayor and Council. A committee was appointed by Mayor Desire consisting of five Borough residents, will be working with Ms. Green in preparing a draft plan.
The process that recently began will take several months and the public will have numerous opportunities to be heard and to have questions answered.
