CONSTRUCTION RECORDS CLEARANCE
- Required for closing. A report of open construction permits on a property.
- If the report lists open permits, please follow the link sent in the response email on the report
- Once the permits have been closed a Certificate of Approval will be issued showing the permit has been closed
- A new report WILL NOT BE GENERATED without a new C.R.C. request and payment

PERMIT PORTAL
Construction permits from July 2015 to present may be viewed immediately in our interactive online portal immediately. View construction permits in four easy steps below:
- Enter the address in the “Search Address” box.
- The address will pop up in the box as you type. Select the address you are searching for.
- Click the property marked with the red pin (do not click on the red pin) to make the blue “View Property” button appear in the top right corner.
- Click the blue “View Property” button to display the property information, including construction permits
- Click here to open the interactive online portal.
OPRA REQUESTS
